UV Varnishing

In our UV varnishing process, a coating is applied to the print surface which is then cured using UV lamps to create a subtle sheen that brings the designs to life. It's a simple yet effective way to add a glossy finish that not only boosts visual appeal but also provides a protective layer which ensures your materials maintain their quality over time. Whether it's FMCG packaging material, exercise book covers, POS (point-of-sales) material, UV Varnishing will give the finished print a more vibrant and polished look.

UV varnishes are also environmentally friendly. When cured, they don’t contain any solvents, oils or hazardous compounds. They’re biodegradable and can be easily recycled which makes them a high-quality sustainable solution.
