Founded in 2001, GTC Converters began its journey by providing the Printing & Packaging Industries with the much-needed service of Paper Converting (also referred to as Paper Sheeting) which is the process of converting reels of paper & board to custom-sized sheets. While working closely with its corporate customers, the Company was made aware that there was a crucial requirement in the Industry for Print Finishing Services (Print Finishing incorporates various specialized techniques used to further process printed material to make it more attractive, eye-catching & durable).

As a result, over the following years, GTC Converters started gradually offering novel value-added services that were not previously seen in the local SME printing & packaging industry such as UV Gloss Varnishing, Drip-Off Effect/Hybrid Varnishing, UV Spot Varnishing, Special-Effects Varnishing, Foil Stamping & Thermal Matt/Gloss Laminating. This enabled its customers to focus on their core business (i.e. printing & packaging) while outsourcing their finishing requirements to a trusted partner who they could rely on for quality, reliability, and affordability.

On top of providing SMEs with novel options which were previously unavailable to them, the Company also provides a helping hand to larger Printing & Packaging companies (which service both local and export segments) when their internal finishing capacities cannot cope up with escalating demands. Having been in the industry for over 20 years now, GTC Converters remains one of the market leaders in its field while constantly trying to incorporate new and innovative finishing techniques to help their valued customers keep up with the ever-changing tastes and demands of the global marketplace.
